Packages must not be opened. Opened packages are not eligible for refund or exchange.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at designinitium@gmail.com within the allowed timeframe.
Partial delivery is not available. Orders must be accepted in full or returned entirely.
Sending multiple items for customers to choose from is not available.
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Shipping fees are paid by the customer in all cases.
Any additional delivery fees incurred during a return or exchange will be deducted.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For refunds, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued via InstaPay within one week after the returned item is received at our office.
